What We Cannot Take
There are a small number of items that junk removal companies cannot legally haul. We cannot take:
- Hazardous waste: Paint, solvents, motor oil, cleaning chemicals, pesticides, and other hazardous liquids
- Asbestos-containing materials: Old insulation, floor tiles, or roof materials that may contain asbestos require licensed hazmat disposal
- Medical waste: Needles, medications, biohazardous materials
- Propane tanks: Full or unknown-status propane tanks (empty, cleaned tanks are fine)
- Large quantities of dirt or concrete: Small amounts are fine; dumpster-quantity heavy materials should go through a dumpster rental or roll-off service
